We enlisted the services of Nathan Budde � Budde Design after he was recommended to us on the HomeOne Forum. We made contact with Nathan through email and his response to our requests was almost immediate. Nathan was fantastic to deal with and gave great advice with colour schemes. We are completely happy with our results and now feel secure to go into the building process knowing exactly what the exterior of the house will look like. Nathan has also prepared our kitchen layout being extremely helpful as well as patient with all our changes. We would definitely recommend Nathan to anyone who is looking at building and are unsure of colour schemes and design.

I had issues visualising what my house would potentially look like and after seeing some of Budde Designs work on a forum I engaged Nathan to do the front elevation view of my house. Nathan was very versatile and quick to do changes as new ideas and changes to the elevation came through. Without Budde Designs help I would not have been so happy with the final product of the house build and my wife is alot happier with the choices we made. I had Budde Design do a 3d rendition of our house design so that my wife could see the type of house she was getting, as she was unable to picture it in her mind from the drawings. The result was truly amazing and my wife was very pleased with the result, and convinced her our original idea�s could and should be adopted, and we can now go ahead and build with the confidence that we know exactly what the final build will look like. Being first time builders, and intending to stay in the house for a long time, we were really anxious about the design. Having used a designer from a local building broker we found that our ideas were not taken into full consideration, and it took a long time to receive back the drafts. However, while surfing on the Homeone forum and the internet, I came across Budde Design. In a short time, we had a complete design that we were extremely happy with. Budde Design even took the pain of drawing and designing my house from my own hand sketches... a task I don't fancy doing myself. His responses were timely, and his service is genuine and extremely professional. He did a great 3d render of the facade, but we can't wait to see the 3d of the inner living areas. We would recommend Nathan's service for peace of mind and a timely and cost effective design service. His input during the process was invaluable.

After finding Budde Designs website and receiving a very prompt and courteous reply to my email, I forwarded my rough sketch of the home I was wanting to build on to them. Nathan drew it up to scale in no time at all and was very very accommodating with my requests to 'oh I don't like that now, can we change it' 'can we move this door' "what do you think I should do here to make it flow better'? emails. He was able to take my ideas and put them to scale on paper ( I had forgotten internal wall measurements were not the same as external wall measurements!) I could then take the plan to various builders to get a quotes of how much it would all cost. So thank you Nathan for helping us to achieve our dream of building our own home. You never once made me feel like I was wasting your time and you were always very kind and courteous. Thank you. It makes a nice change to find people who return emails in the building industry.
